TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS:

HIGHWAY 280 (traveling North):
Take the Westborough/Avalon Exit and at the second stoplight, turn right on Westborough Blvd. Continue on Westborough, which will become Chestnut Avenue once you cross El Camino Real. Turn right on Miller Avenue. Turn right into the City parking lot on the corner of Miller and Walnut. Park in Library or Visitor parking spaces only. You must walk around the small playground to the entrance on Walnut Street. The doors on the Grand Avenue side are locked.

HIGHWAY 280 (traveling South):

Take the Grand Ave. exit and follow signs over the freeway toward the South San Francisco Business District. Continue west on Grand and turn right at Maple. Turn left on Miller and then make a left turn into the City parking lot on the corner of Miller and Walnut. You must walk through the small playground to the entrance on Walnut Street. The doors on the Grand Avenue side are locked.

El Camino Real (traveling North or South):
Turn on South Spruce (northbound travelers turn right; southbound travelers turn left). Cross Grand to Miller and turn right. Turn right into the City parking lot on the corner of Miller and Walnut. You must walk through the small playground to the entrance on Walnut Street. The doors on the Grand Avenue side are locked.

BUS FROM SSF BART:
SamTrans bus #130 travels from the BART station and stops at Grand and Maple. Patrons should walk west on Grand Avenue to reach the library. Note: Not all buses run every day. For more info call: SamTrans 1-800-660-4287 or check www.samtrans.com.

PARKING AVAILABILITY:
The City Hall Library Parking lot, which can be crowded, has a 2 hour limit. There is also metered street parking.
